Easy Stir Fried Sugar Snap Pea with Shiitake Mushroom



















This is one of my favorite stir fry dish. It's very easy to cook and preparation in a busy day and lazy day. This is good for kids and adults.  One dish fits for three of us.





















1 lb grounded pork
1 lb diveinded shrimp
2 cups sugar snap pea, trimmed both side
1 cup cubed sweet onion
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 cups soaked shiitake mushroom
3 tablespoons olive oil


Stir Fry Sauce

1 tablespoons Thai Fish sauce
1-2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons soy bean sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoons sweet soy bean sauce (Kwong Hung Seng Sauce made in Thailand)
1 teaspoon sugar

Methods

1. Pour olive oil into the pan on low to medium heat.
2. When the pan seem to be hot, add chopped garlic, swirl around until it turns brown.
3. Add shiitake mushroom, stir around to bring out the fragrant about a minute or  two.
4. Add grounded pork, cook thoroughly follow by diveinded shrimp. Continue cooking until shrimp
    thoroughly cooked.
5. Add all the sauceses into the pan.
6. Add  cubed onion and sweet snap pea. Stir around until all vegetable are well cooked.

Serve warm with Thai jasmine rice.
