It is very easy for making dumpling at home. There are many of dumpling brands in US. For me, I would love this one in the picture as below. It has been our favorite of all time.There is a jumbo size and more stuff filling. Most of the time I prefer boiling it.
First method, place frozen dumpling into boiling water, boil it until float to the top of the boiling water. Use a slot spoon take it out. Place it in large bowl. Pour a little bit of sesame oil or vegetable oil over dumpling. Use a wooden spoon careful turn over.To prevent it stick together. Then arrange it in a serving dish.
Second method, grill on the pan with low-medium heat until it turn brown both side.

Serve with less sodium soy sauce and red chillie paste. You may add one tablespoon rice vinegar in a sauce. It will make an interesting taste. You can skip red chillie paste if you don't like it. Actually, it is very mild spicy scale number 2-3.
