Miso Soup Ingredients

I posted this recipe for two reasons. One, according to my son, who is pretty much crazy about Japanese soup. Two, we also made miso soup with lunch special at restaurant. Many customers love it. I got so many questions how to make it. In these pictures, I was teaching my son to make it. Hopefully this recipe will help your family as well.

2 cups of organic chicken broth
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of miso soup paste
1 cups of sliced (or cube) of silken tofu
Sliced of green onions for garnish

  • Place chicken broth and water in a pot. Let it boil.
  • Add miso soup paste in the boiling water, continue boiling for 2-3 minute.
  • Add sliced of tofu. Turn the heat off. Add sliced of green onions in the soup.
  • Serve it's warm. ENJOY!=:))
Benji Note: we used to add Miso soup in Thai restaurant instead of sticky egg soup. It tasted better than egg soup. Customers likes it very much.
