Esan Classic/Esan Sausage/Thai Sausage

In California, you may find Esan sausage in appetizer section of Thai Restaurant menu.  Starting priced  at $6.95 and up. I found Esan sausage package at Vietnamese supermarket. This sausage tastes delicious. I simply grilled in the pan.  I served with mustard, sliced of fresh ginger, toasted peanut, sliced of fresh chilies and green salad. Hmm! yum yum.

P.S. I do not associate with any kind of this product. This is one of our family favorite food. The test like my mom made it. I am a working mom with a little time for cooking. This help me a lot.
