This dish is one of our favorite of all time. It's very easy to cook. Just a few ingredients that you have in your kitchen. My family give me a thumb up every times I cook it. It becomes one of my signature recipe.
Ingredients
3 handful of spinach leaf, rinse before cooking
2-3 gloves of garlic, sliced or smashed it
2-3 tablespoons of light soy sauce (Kikkoman brand)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Add olive oil into a cooking pan on the medium heat.
- Add in sliced garlic cook until it turns brown.
- Add in spinach stir around until it turns soft.
- Add in soy sauce, cook it thoroughly. Turn the heat off.
- Serve it warm.
